CRM Executive - Insurance

Your new company

You will be joining a well-established insurance company who are looking to strengthen their CRM function. This company is at the forefront of their industry, and leverages cutting-edge, data-backed tools to provide seamless and comprehensive service for their clientele.

Your new role

As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure our CRM system effectively supports our business goals.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the management and optimisation of our CRM system to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Developing and executing loyalty programs and retention strategies.
  • Analysing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, reporting to the CRM manager and above.
What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience in a CRM B2C role, insurance experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of customer loyalty and retention strategies. Proven ability to tangibly improve customer engagement and generate increased revenue.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, e.g. HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Insureio is desirable.
  • Data analysis skills required, e.g. SQL, Google Analytics & GA4, PowerBI, Tableau
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
