Your new company

An established international business within the premium drinks sector is looking to appoint an experienced Credit Manager to lead its regional Credit, Collections and Order to Cash function. Operating across the UK and South East Asia, the business has built a strong reputation within its market and continues to invest in growth, operational excellence and customer relationships. This is a highly visible leadership role offering the opportunity to influence working capital performance across multiple international business units.

Your new role

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will take ownership of the end to end Credit, Collections and Order to Cash function across the UK and South East Asia. You'll lead a team, drive cash collection performance, strengthen credit controls and partner with commercial stakeholders to support continued business growth.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Leading the regional credit and collections strategy across multiple business units.
  • Improving cash flow, reducing aged debt and enhancing working capital performance.
  • Managing customer credit risk, credit limits and exposure monitoring.
  • Driving improvements across the Order to Cash cycle through process optimisation and reporting enhancements.
  • Partnering with Finance, Sales, Customer Service and Operations teams to resolve issues and improve collection outcomes.
  • Providing insight and reporting to senior leadership on cash performance, risk and collections activity.
  • Leading, developing and mentoring the Credit and Collections team.
This is a fully office based role, requiring attendance 5 days per week.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Credit Manager, Head of Credit, Order to Cash Manager or similar senior credit leadership professional.
  • Strong expertise across credit risk management, collections and Order to Cash processes.
  • A track record of improving cash flow, reducing aged debt and delivering working capital improvements.
  • Previous experience leading and developing high performing teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior commercial and finance leaders.
  • Experience operating within a fast paced commercial environment.
  • Exposure to FMCG, wholesale, distribution, luxury retail or drinks sectors would be advantageous.
