Our client is a regional claimant firm specialising in personal injury. They are currently recruiting for credit hire claims handlers to join their Greater Manchester and Liverpool offices. This is a fully on-site position with a very competitive salary on offer.

Your new role

These Credit Hire Claims Handler roles will see you:

• Independently manage a caseload of pre-litigated credit hire claims
• Oversee cases from initial instruction through to resolution or transfer to the litigation team
• Prepare and submit claims to the MIB, maintaining communication with their representatives, including appointed solicitors and international agents.
• Handle claims involving uninsured motorists and cross-border jurisdictions
• Manage both fast-track and multi-track cases effectively
• Approach complex claims with strategic insight and proactive case management

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous credit hire experience (preferred)
• Previous motor claims experience
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually
