• Complete necessary administrative tasks throughout the contract's duration.
• Compile paperwork for agent instructions.
• Liaise with outsourced legal service suppliers and third-party agents for asset recovery or disposal.
• Escalate issues and complaints in a timely manner, adhering to company processes and regulatory requirements.
• Operate within Time Finance plc’s data protection, compliance, and HR policies.

• Strong case management skills, particularly with hard asset portfolios and high-value cases.
• Experience in arrears management, payment plan negotiation, and collaboration with business support teams.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with GDPR guidelines.
• Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
