• Manage the end-to-end credit control process, including chasing overdue payments and resolving queries.
• Maintain and update the sales ledger accurately.
• Upload invoices and manage transactions through client portals.
• Reconcile accounts and allocate payments promptly.
• Prepare aged debt reports and cash flow forecasts using Excel.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve discrepancies professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
• Assist with month-end processes and reporting.

• Proven experience in credit control and sales ledger roles.
• Working knowledge of Excel (knowledge of Sage or Xero would also be preferred but not essential).
• Confident and personable communication style with excellent negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Experience using client portals for invoicing and payment tracking.
