An established organisation in the Romford area, my client is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their finance team.

Your new role

Working as part of a professional, friendly and supportive credit team, key duties will include:

• Chasing overdue payments via phone, email and letter
• Monitoring customer credit limits and account balances
• Reviewing new and existing customer credit limits
• Investigating and resolving customer queries and disputes
• Monitoring debtor balances and ensuring timely collection of monies
• Support team members with queries

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar credit control role, with confident communication skills and a positive and proactive approach.

What you'll get in return

Starting salary £31000 - £32000

23 days holiday + bank holiday
Located in the Romford / Rainham area - walking distance from Chadwell Heath station
