Your new company
Your new company are leaders of the industry, and a well known organisation seeking a Credit Controller for a 1 years contract.
Your new role
Your new role will be to assist the finance function with credit control, monitoring debt owed from existing debtors and manage new requests for credit. A summary of duties includes;
- Oversee and maintain the Debtors ledger.
- Coordinate with customers and staff to ensure timely payments.
- Issue Aged Debt letters promptly.
- Negotiate and establish repayment plans.
- Prepare Credit Control reports for Management and the Board.
- Review and ensure compliance of the company’s credit control policies.
- Handle customer enquiries.
- Resolve payment allocation issues.
- Liaise with third-party debt collection agencies, if required.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you should have prior experience in credit control, be ready to start within the next 10 days, possess strong customer service skills, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
