Your new role

• Assessing creditworthiness and managing credit limits.
• Proactively collecting payments and reducing aged debt.
• Resolving account queries and reconciling customer accounts.
• Producing cash forecasts and supporting month-end activities.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in credit control, ideally within fashion wholesale or retail.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the retail landscape.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to influence stakeholders.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to thrive under pressure.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and resilience in challenging situations.
