Your new role

• Proactively chase outstanding invoices via email, phone, and written correspondence.
• Allocate cash receipts and maintain accurate debtor records.
• Issue credit notes and re-invoice where necessary.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve payment-impacting queries.
• Generate and distribute monthly client statements.
• Prepare reports on debtor positions for senior management.
• Maintain detailed records of write-offs, follow-ups, and legal escalations.
• Collaborate with external legal teams to pursue overdue debts.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in credit control, ideally within fintech or professional services.
• Essential: Experience using NetSuite for credit control and billing processes.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients and internal stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
