Hays Accountancy & Finance are working with a leading Lincoln-based company to recruit a Credit Controller.

Your new role

Reporting to the Accountant, and working as part of a team, you will be responsible for the chasing and payment of all debts, reconciliations and debtor reporting to the relevant stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner. In addition, reporting any debtor issues promptly to the Accountant.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have proven credit control and debt chasing experience with an understanding of general accounting (sales ledger, reconciliations, reporting and analysis). You will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills coupled with excellent IT and numeracy/literacy. You will be motivated by working to, and achieving targets and enjoy working as part of a team to achieve a team outcome as well as personal success. As the role is office based, you will be living in close commute of Lincoln.
