• Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments
• Chase outstanding debts via phone, email, and written communication

• Maintain accurate records of all credit control activity
• Support month-end reporting and aged debt analysis

• Previous experience in credit control or accounts receivable
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage, SAP, or similar)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Hybrid working model (2 days in-office near Leeds, 3 days remote)
