Your new role

• B2B credit control: Managing your own ledger, chasing overdue invoices, and resolving queries.
• Xero invoicing: Raising, allocating, and reconciling payments within Xero.
• Account reconciliation and month‑end support.
• Building strong relationships with customers to encourage timely payments.
• Working closely with the wider finance team to improve processes and reduce aged debt.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in B2B collections.
• Strong working knowledge of Xero — this is essential.
• Confident communicator with a calm, professional approach.
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing your own workload.
• Someone who enjoys problem‑solving and building rapport with clients.
