Your new role
As a Credit Controller, you will be entrusted with managing your own aged debt ledger. Your key responsibilities will include, following up with your customers daily to chase outstanding debts, you will run reports on the ERP system. Also, you will post receipts and allocating payments. Your position will also require you to reconcile accounts, resolving customer queries and collaborating with managers to update aged debt reports.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in a busy and fast-paced Credit Controller position, the ability to manage your own debt ledger effectively, excellent communication skills to build strong relationships and efficiently chase debts. No specific qualifications are required, but relevant experience is essential.
