Credit Controller. Hybrid working. Permanent Role. Up to £30k. +bonus

Your new company

A leading professional services organisation based in Birmingham City Centre is currently recruiting for a Credit Controller on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for your own ledger across the firm and report to the Credit Control manager.

Your new role

The main responsibilities in the role include:
  • Chasing outstanding debts by telephone and email.
  • Proactively resolving and monitoring any queries raised.
  • Analysing, monitoring and reducing 90+ debt.
  • Cash allocations
  • Responding to correspondence from clients.
  • Undertaking ad hoc projects as directed.
  • Assisting the Credit Control manager where necessary.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience working in a professional services firm.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a Credit Control and be proficient in debt and revenue management systems.
  • Good Excel experience

What you'll get in return

You will receive a salary up to £30k depending on experience +bonus, excellent benefits and hybrid working (in the office twice a week).
