• Managing multi‑currency ledgers across GBP, EUR, USD and other currencies
• Chasing overdue invoices
• Allocating and reconciling payments accurately across multiple accounts
• Monitoring credit limits and assessing customer risk profiles
• Producing aged debt reports and supporting month‑end close processes
• Liaising with customers to resolve queries and maintain positive relationships
• Working closely with sales and finance teams to ensure smooth account management
• Supporting process improvements in credit control and cash collection

• Proven experience in credit control, ideally within a multi‑currency environment
• Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in finance systems (e.g., SAGE, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage high volume ledgers
• Team player with a proactive approach to problem solving
