Credit Control Specialist | £34,500 per annum | Weekly Pay (County Armagh)
A leading international organisation within the information‑management sector is seeking a Credit Control Specialist to join their high‑performing finance function. This role is ideal for someone confident in outbound credit control, negotiation, and maintaining strong client relationships in a fast‑paced environment.

Role Overview
You’ll manage a portfolio of client accounts, driving timely invoice payments, resolving queries, and reducing overdue debt through structured follow‑up and proactive communication. The position involves cross‑functional collaboration and maintaining accurate financial and customer records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactive outbound contact to secure payments
  • Managing payment plans, dunning processes & escalations
  • Decision‑making on credit notes, write‑offs & adjustments
  • Resolving simple and complex billing/payment queries
  • Preparing statements, reports & remittance documentation
  • Maintaining accurate master data across all systems
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Candidate Profile
  • Customer‑facing experience (credit control/order‑to‑cash desirable)
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Confident with numbers, billing flows & allocations
  • Excellent time management & quality of work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & adaptable to new systems

Package
  • £34,500 per annum — paid weekly
