• Manage and monitor tenant accounts to ensure timely rent collection.
• Chase overdue payments via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
• Resolve payment queries and disputes professionally and efficiently.
• Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts and cash flow.
• Liaise with internal teams and external agencies regarding arrears and legal proceedings when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

• Previous experience in credit control or a similar finance role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (experience with property management systems is a plus).
• Ability to start immediately and work on-site in Manchester City Centre.
