Your new company :

You will be joining a growing organisation based in central Woking. This role is initially being recruited on a 12 month, fixed term contract basis.

Your new role :

Working within a small team, you will enjoy a varied role that includes billing, credit control and customer account management. Duties will include:

- Raising accurate customer invoices
- Calling customers to collect payments (business to consumer and business to business)
- Resolving queries and disputes to ensure prompt payment is received
- Opening new accounts
- Setting up and monitoring payment plan as required
- Accurately maintaining and reconciling customer accounts to show accurate debt levels
- Reporting and assisting with process improvement

What you'll need to succeed

You will have experience of working in a credit control or collections position, and will be happy to deal with both commercial and consumer customers. You will have excellent communication skills, and be able to build working relationships at all levels. Strong levels of accuracy are required to ensure that invoices are accurately produced, and that accounts are correctly updated.
