Your new role

• Accurately allocate large payments from blue-chip clients
• Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve queries and collect payments
• Send customer statements and reconciliations to internal teams
• Handle incoming calls and assist with internal queries
• General admin duties and report generation
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers

What you'll need to succeed

• Credit control experience (preferred but not essential)

• Excel skills (preferred)

• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to meet deadlines and solve problems effectively

What you'll get in return

• Salary: £24,000–£26,000 + performance-based bonus

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (1-hour lunch)

• Location: Office-based in Kenilworth with free parking

• Holiday: 20 days annual leave (rising to 25 with service)
