CPCS Traffic Marshall – Maidstone, Kent

Job Type: Temporary / Ongoing

About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Traffic Marshall to join a busy construction project in Maidstone. The ideal candidate will hold a valid CPCS Traffic Marshall/Vehicle Banksman ticket and be confident managing vehicle and machinery movements across a live site.

Responsibilities

Directing site traffic and ensuring safe vehicle movements
Coordinating deliveries and guiding large plant/vehicles
Maintaining clear and safe access routes on site
Communicating effectively with site management and drivers
Following health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements

Valid CPCS Traffic Marshall/Banksman ticket
Full PPE: hard hat, high‑vis, safety boots, gloves, glasses
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong communication skills
Reliability and a positive attitude
