About the Role:
We’re working with a variety of welcoming and well-resourced secondary schools across the Black Country who are in need of general cover teachers to step in and support across different subjects and year groups.

As a cover teacher, you’ll:

• Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of subjects
• Maintain classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
• Optionally take on marking and planning if preferred
• Be a reliable and adaptable presence in the classroom

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✔️ Strong classroom management skills
✔️ A flexible, proactive approach
✔️ Confidence covering a range of subjects (no subject specialism required)
