Are you ready to step into the classroom and make a difference?
We are currently recruiting experienced Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools from September 2025. Whether you're looking for day-to-day flexibility, short-term assignments, or longer-term placements, we have roles to suit your availability and career goals.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
  • Supervise lessons during teacher's absences using pre-set work.
  • Maintain classroom behaviour and ensure students stay on task.
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and conduct.
  • Support the wider school team with general duties as required.
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum of 40 days classroom experience in UK schools.
  • Experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, youth work, coaching).
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • A flexible, proactive, and professional approach.
  • A genuine interest in education and student development.
