Are you ready to step into the classroom and make a difference?

We are currently recruiting experienced Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools from September 2025. Whether you're looking for day-to-day flexibility, short-term assignments, or longer-term placements, we have roles to suit your availability and career goals.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise lessons during teacher's absences using pre-set work.
Maintain classroom behaviour and ensure students stay on task.
Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and conduct.
Support the wider school team with general duties as required.

Essential Requirements

Minimum of 40 days classroom experience in UK schools.
Experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, youth work, coaching).
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
A flexible, proactive, and professional approach.
A genuine interest in education and student development.
