• Keeping students focused, engaged, and on task
• Managing behaviour in line with school policies
• Supporting learning and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere
• Feeding back to staff at the end of each session

• Confident communicator with strong presence
• Calm, adaptable, and quick-thinking
• Experience with young people (schools, coaching, youth work) is a bonus
• Ideal for aspiring teachers or graduates
