Cover Supervisor WF8 area

Are you confident, adaptable, and passionate about supporting young people? We are seeking a reliable Teacher Supervisor to provide day-to-day classroom cover at our welcoming and high-achieving secondary school in the WF8 area of Wakefield.

About the Role: As a Teacher Supervisor, you will:

Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher
Deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain a positive learning environment
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Support students in staying focused and on task
Report any issues or feedback to relevant staff

About You: We are looking for someone who is:

Confident and able to lead a classroom
Calm, adaptable, and able to think on their feet
Professional with strong communication skills
Experienced in working with young people (school or youth-based experience desirable)
Reliable and available at short notice
