• Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher
• Deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain a positive learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Support students in staying focused and on task
• Report any issues or feedback to relevant staff

• Confident and able to lead a classroom
• Calm, adaptable, and able to think on their feet
• Professional with strong communication skills
• Experienced in working with young people (school or youth-based experience desirable)
• Reliable and available at short notice
