What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering pre-set lesson plans across a variety of subjects and year groups
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe, respectful learning environment
- Supporting students in their learning and encouraging engagement
- Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and classroom activity
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A calm, adaptable approach to classroom management
- Experience working with young people (in schools, youth work, coaching, etc.)
- A genuine interest in education and student development
