Secondary Cover Supervisor | Chichester | £120 - £150 per day | Full-Time / Part Time

We are looking for a confident, adaptable, and student-focused Cover Supervisor to join a Secondary School community in Chichester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants to play a meaningful role in their day-to-day learning.

About the Role:
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher.
- Maintain a positive, productive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Support students with their learning and encourage high expectations.
- Supervise students during non-teaching times as required.

This role is ideal for graduates considering a future in teaching, experienced support staff looking for progression, or anyone with strong communication skills and a passion for education.
