As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning when teachers are absent. You will deliver pre-prepared lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and support students in their learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise classes during a teacher's absence, ensuring students remain on task.
- Deliver lesson plans and resources provided by teaching staff.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Provide feedback to teachers about student progress and engagement.
- Support the wider school community as required.
