What You’ll Do
- Supervise classes during teacher absences
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain a positive learning environment
- Support students with their learning and behaviour management
- Gain valuable classroom experience across a range of schools
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence in managing groups of students
- A passion for education and helping young people succeed
- Previous classroom or youth work experience is desirable, but not essential
- An Enhanced DBS check is required (we can support you with the application if you don’t already have one)
