An established, values-driven organisation operating within the public sector is seeking a Corporate Services Assistant to join its busy Corporate Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering a high standard of support across a wide range of business functions.

Your New Role

As Corporate Services Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and business support services across the organisation. Working closely with the Office Manager and senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of corporate services activities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality administrative support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for customer enquiries and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Supporting diary management for senior leadership and coordinating meetings and events.
  • Managing and monitoring shared corporate mailboxes.
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and supporting event administration.
  • Producing reports, maintaining records, and managing data processing activities.
  • Supporting website administration and access management.
  • Assisting with purchase orders, invoices, petty cash, and general financial administration.
  • Supporting facilities management and general office administration.
  • Organising travel arrangements and supporting corporate events as required.

What You'll Need to Succeed

You will be an organised and proactive administrator with excellent communication and customer service skills. You should be confident managing competing priorities and building positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, corporate services, or office support role.
  • Strong organisational and diary management skills.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, events, or travel arrangements.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and reports.
  • The ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
  • A customer-focused approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
