Your new role

This corporate recovery solicitor role will see you handle a genuine mix of non-contentious as well as contentious insolvency matters. You will act on asset sales and handle your own caseload of insolvency litigation matters that will include transactions at an undervalue, breach of duty and as well as other claims. The role will provide plenty of scope to get involved in business and practice development initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be an insolvency lawyer with 4+ years' pqe. Ideally, you will have gained both contentious and non-contentious corporate recovery experience.
