This market-leading City practice is looking for an ambitious corporate lawyer to advise on mainly private M&A (share sales / asset acquisitions) and joint ventures alongside other corporate transactions and advisory work. Approximately half the deals are corporate real estate transactions and you'll be working with clients, including large institutional investors,commercial real estate developers and family offices of high net worth individuals. The average deal size is £30 – 300 million and the work is very international in nature. Enjoy top-quality work in an expanding team.
