This top 20 City firm is looking for an ambitious corporate/M&A lawyer to advise leading UK and international financial institutions on largely upper mid-market deals. The team handles a wide range of corporate transactions including private and public mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, intra-group restructurings, cross-border transactions and a variety of strategic and regulatory driven projects. Clients include many leading UK and international banks, building societies and mutuals, fintechs, asset and wealth managers, exchanges and financial markets infrastructure participants, digital assets and payments providers, private capital firms and non-bank lenders, brokers and insurers, amongst others. Experience of financial services focused M&A and strategic transactions is highly desired.
