Your new role

This corporate solicitor role will see you play a key role in the development of the team. Joining the team at an exciting phase in its development, you can look forward to handling a mix of M&A, private equity, corporate finance and corporate structuring work. You will lead on deals and will be an integral part of the team's business development initiatives. In addition, you will help to mentor and develop more junior fee earners in the team.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a corporate lawyer operating at or just below partner level. For a partner level role, this is unique in that no following is required. However, you should be able to demonstrate an appetite for practice development and the ability to grow and foster client relationships.
