Your new role

This corporate solicitor role will see you join the firm at partner level to assist with the department's future growth. The role will see you handle M&A, shareholder agreements, LLP and Partnership arrangements, restructuring matters and reorganisations, as well as advising on EOT conversions. The firm has an excellent client list that includes larger corporates as well as SMEs. You can look forward to working with fellow partners and lawyers across the team.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a corporate lawyer operating at partner level. You will have a strong track record with a well regarded and recognised North West law firm. With good business development skills, you will be able to play a role in mentoring more junior fee earners.
