Your new role

This corporate solicitor role will see you join a good sized team that continues to win work and to grow. As part of its future plans, the team is looking to appoint a corporate lawyer to handle a range of mainly M&A work. The client list is extensive and includes a real breadth of clients from larger corporates to SMEs. You can look forward to running some of your own transactions and to working with the partners and more senior lawyers on a range of other matters. The role will enable you to play an active role in business development initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a corporate lawyer at NQ level or with up to circa 3 years' pqe. You will have strong client relationship management skills and will be a good team player.
