Your new role

This corporate lawyer role will see you handle a broad range of corporate work mainly focused around M&A. The client list is extensive and includes a number of larger corporates as well as SMEs. You can look forward to working closely with clients and to playing an active role in business development initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a corporate lawyer at NQ level or with up to circa 5 years' pqe. With a good technical skill set, you will have well rounded communication skills.
