Your new role

This corporate solicitor role will see you handle a broad range of corporate work. This will largely be focused around M&A work for a broad range of clients ranging from SMEs to larger corporates. Joining a supportive team, you can look forward to plenty of client exposure and the chance to play a role in business development initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a corporate solicitor at NQ level or with up to circa 5 years' pqe. With a commercial approach, you should be a good team player.
