Your new role

This corporate lawyer role will see you join a nicely sized team to handle a truly interesting range of corporate work. This will include M&A as well as company reorganisations, exits and intra-group transfers. You will also advise on joint ventures, various corporate structures as well as share buy backs and corporate governance matters.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a corporate lawyer with 2-4 years' pqe. With a client centric approach, you will be an adaptable team player.
