Your new role

This corporate solicitor role will see you join one of the stronger teams in Manchester to handle an interesting diet of corporate transactional work. This will include M&A, capital markets and private equity deals. You will also be involved in corporate reorganisations and joint ventures. The client list is truly impressive and includes a number of well known entities.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a corporate lawyer with 1-5 years' pqe who has gained a solid grounding in corporate law. With good technical skills, you will be able to build strong working relationships with clients.
