Ideally you will have gained exposure to M&A, private equity, Lloyd's syndicate financings and managing agency arrangements, renewals, Part VII transfers and reinsurance transactions including ADC, LPTs and RITCs. . Ideally you will have knowledge of the FSA and Lloyd's regulatory framework as it affects the London market and will have been close to a range of corporate transactions in the sector which may have included setting up integrated Lloyd's vehicles.
