Autism NI is hiring a Corporate Fundraising Officer to lead strategic partnerships and drive income growth.

As part of this exciting growth, Autism NI is seeking a passionate and strategic Corporate Fundraising Officer to join their team and lead on developing impactful partnerships with businesses across Northern Ireland.
Your new role
The Corporate Fundraising Officer reporting to the Head of Fundraising and Communications, will take ownership of Autism NI’s corporate fundraising strategy. You’ll identify and secure new business partnerships, manage Charity of the Year relationships, and deliver engaging fundraising campaigns and events. From bespoke challenges to employee engagement initiatives, you’ll be the driving force behind building long-term, values-led partnerships that generate income and raise awareness.
- Developing and growing the corporate fundraising programme
- Creating tailored fundraising packages and securing corporate partnerships
- Managing relationships to maximise fundraising and engagement
- Leading on corporate fundraising events and challenges
- Identifying new opportunities through networks and sector insights
- Managing budgets and achieving income targets
- Delivering excellent supporter care
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll be a confident relationship-builder with a strategic mindset and a flair for communication. You’ll bring:
A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Events Management
Strong presentation and PR skills
Experience writing compelling cases for support
A full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
Experience in corporate, event, or trust fundraising
Charity sector experience
CIM or CIPR qualification
