Interim Corporate Finance Manager – Due Diligence

Your new company
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Interim Corporate Finance Manager to join a highly regarded independent firm of accountants based in the North West. This role will support the partner with a specific focus on the financial due diligence and reporting aspects of transactions.

Your new role
Working closely with partners and senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality buy‑side and sell‑side support, including:
  • Leading and supporting financial due diligence engagements
  • Preparing clear, concise financial due diligence reports for clients
  • Analysing historical financial information, including EBITDA, cash flow and net debt
  • Identifying key risks, issues and value drivers within target businesses
  • Supporting clients through the transaction process, working to tight deadlines
  • Liaising with internal teams, clients, and external advisers
  • Contributing to financial modelling and deal support where required
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent) with:
  • Proven experience in corporate finance and/or financial due diligence
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and commercial awareness
  • Experience working within an accountancy practice or transaction services environment
  • Excellent analytical, report‑writing and communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment
  • Availability for an interim or contract role
