Your new company

I am currently supporting an international transport operator based in London to hire a Corporate Development Manager on a fully remote interim basis. The business are transforming the outlook of passenger mobility and aim to provide sustainable and liveable ways of living in the next 30 years.

Your new role

You will be partnering with the business team to contribute to the creation of bid plans following new acquisitions. You will also develop robust financial models as well as assess the value creation of any by-side M&A activities. This role will have stakeholder engagement elements where you will support executives in all aspects of project evaluation and new ventures.

What you'll need to succeed

For this position, a strong background in corporate finance with experience of creating financial models from scratch and valuations is key. If you come from a mergers and acquisitions background, by-side experience is preferred. This role will also prefer candidates who have excellent communication and time management skills as you will be working on multiple projects all at once.
