Great opportunity for a Corporate Communications Manager to join a college in Northern Ireland on a FTC.

Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing an annual Internal Communications Programme (ICP), with mechanisms to evaluate its effectiveness.
- Preparing briefing papers and corporate responses to Ministerial, Assembly, and Department for the Economy (DfE) queries.
- Editorial oversight of newsletters, web content, and other corporate literature.
- Developing protocols for authorised statements and drafting speeches for senior leadership.
- Collaborating with senior colleagues to ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
- Monitoring policy-related publications and advising senior staff on implications and actions.
- Partnering with HR and the Senior Leadership Team to drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Leading cross-college communications projects as required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a confident communicator with a proven track record in corporate communications, ideally within the public or education sector. You’ll have strong editorial skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Experience in speechwriting, policy alignment, and internal engagement strategies will be key to your success.

Hybrid working
Based in Ballymena, Coleraine, Magherafelt or Newtownabbey.
