Location: South Coast / Hybrid - offices in London, Bracknell, Eastleigh and Yeovil

We’re looking for a confident and collaborative Corporate Communications Specialist to join a forward-thinking organisation that’s making a real difference to communities.
You’ll be the go-to expert for a specific business area, working closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver internal and external communications that drive engagement, support strategic goals, and enhance reputation.

What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the single point of contact for all things comms within your business area.
- Leading on communication planning and delivery from internal campaigns to media releases.
- Advising and influencing senior stakeholders with evidence-based insights.
- Creating clear, inclusive, and engaging content across multiple channels.
- Supporting colleagues to self-serve with toolkits, templates, and training.
- Evaluating impact and continuously improving how messages land.
What we’re looking for:
- A broad communications skillset; ideally across press, stakeholder, customer and internal comms.
- Someone who’s confident building relationships at all levels and influencing with credibility.
- A strategic thinker who can turn business priorities into compelling communication plans.
- Experience working in complex organisations - housing, construction, local authority or similar.
- A positive, proactive mindset with a passion for making communications meaningful.
