Your new role

This corporate/commercial solicitor role will see you join a nicely sized team that can provide an excellent range of corporate transactional and commercial advisory work. The client list is robust and is largely focused around SME clients. This role will enable you to work closely with clients and to play an active role in business development initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a corporate/commercial lawyer with 3-8 years' pqe. With good technical skills, you will be able to provide commercial solutions for clients.
