Roles and Responsibilities:


The client is seeking a Senior Technical SME to lead the architectural design of M365 Copilot services. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our AI-powered assistant solutions, ensuring alignment with the client’s enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and business goals.

Architecture Design & Governance

Design and maintain the end-to-end architecture of Copilot services, including data flows, integration points, and orchestration layout.
Establish and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and governance frameworks.
Ensure compliance with Client’s security, data privacy, and performance requirements.
Produce and maintain high-quality architectural documentation and reference models

Technical Leadership


Provide expert guidance to engineering, product, and operations teams on solution design and implementation
Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and frameworks to support Copilot capabilities
Lead technical reviews, feasibility assessments, and risk evaluations for new initiatives.
Support development teams with architectural oversight and quality assurance.

Stakeholder Engagement


Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
Act as a trusted advisor in strategic discussions and decision-making forums.
Innovation & Strategy
Stay up to date with Microsoft’s roadmap to assess new functionalities and proactively recommend enhancements.
Monitor emerging trends in AI, LLMs, and digital assistant technologies.
Drive innovation in service design, user experience, and intelligent automation.
Contribute to long-term strategic planning for Copilot services and related platforms

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale AI/ML or intelligent assistant platforms.
Proven experience with cloud-native architecture (preferably Azure), microservices, and API design.
Strong understanding of M365 Copilot service architecture, prompt engineering, vector databases, and orchestration tools.
Familiarity with enterprise integration, M365 ecosystem, and Graph API.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in financial services or regulated environments is highly desirable
