Conversions Support Technician
Job Title: Conversions Support Technician
Location: Quorum Business Park Hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 09:00–17:30 (1-hour break)
- Friday: 08:30–17:00 (1-hour break)
Flexibility required for occasional evenings and weekends during live conversions.
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Conversions Support Technician. In this role, you’ll work closely with our ETL Developer to support the end-to-end process of data conversions for new and existing customers.
No coding experience? No problem! What matters most is your willingness to learn technical processes, a logical approach to problem-solving, and a strong eye for detail. Full training will be provided.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the ETL Developer to deliver high-quality data conversions for customers
- Run test conversions in preparation for live migrations
- Perform customer infrastructure checks ahead of conversion work
- Validate and check data quality following test conversions.
- Complete customer personalisation after installation
- Assist with live conversions (including some out-of-hours work)
- Maintain conversion documentation and support process improvements
- Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Commit to continuous professional development
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with data and technical processes (training provided)
- Logical thinker with good problem-solving skills
- Proactive and organised, able to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends for live conversions
- No coding or software development experience required
- Previous experience in a technical, data-driven, or administrative role is an advantage but not essential.
