Your new company

Are you ready to lead transformative property investment projects that make a real difference to communities?

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Planned Delivery Contract Manager to join a forward-thinking Property Services Team. This is your chance to take ownership of high-value capital programmes, drive contractor performance, and ensure quality outcomes that residents can truly feel.

Your new role

• Leading the delivery of planned asset investment programmes and validating stock condition data
• Managing contractors and consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
• Leading on preparing specifications, procurement, and delivery of capital projects — ensuring every project has a formal brief, clear specifications, procurement plans, and robust tender documentation
• Managing budgets and financial forecasting, including assessing monthly valuations, variations, and provisional sums
• Overseeing quality control and compliance across a range of works, including M&E and capital schemes
• Engaging with residents to ensure a positive customer experience throughout project delivery
• Supporting wider property functions and contributing to service improvement initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience managing large-scale capital works or term contracts (up to £10m annually)
• Strong project management skills and a track record of delivering complex property programmes
• Demonstrated experience in managing the financial aspects of contracts, including budget control and performance reporting
• Excellent understanding of compliance frameworks including CDM, asbestos, water hygiene, and electrical safety
• Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate across teams and with external partners
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for quality and continuous improvement

Qualifications:
• Degree-level education in a relevant discipline
• Professional membership (e.g. RICS, CIOB) desirable
• Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2) or equivalent experience

What you'll get in return

• Salary up to £47,000
• Excellent pension and benefits
• Hybrid working for better work-life balance
• A chance to shape the future of housing and property services
• A collaborative, inclusive culture that values innovation and performance

If you’re a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a drive to deliver excellence, we’d love to hear from you.
